Helaas zijn de meeste <\/span><span title=\"A lot of this food is not such a good choice, for example lots of ready-made dishes like those you can find in any supermarket.\">kant-en-klaar maaltijden niet zo&#8217;n goede keuze als simpele tomaten en peulvruchten uit pot. Een heleboel <em>ready-made<\/em> gerechten <\/span><span title=\"Most of them will contain lots of added sugar, preserving chemicals and way too much salt, so all in all not the healthiest choice to make, especially if you have kids and you want to raise them in a healthy, responsible way, teaching them to\">bevatten toegevoegde suikers, chemicali\u00ebn, conserveringsmiddelen en te veel zout. Dus al met al zijn ze niet de gezondste keuze. Vooral als je kinderen hebt, die je op een gezonde, verantwoorde manier wilt grootbrengen door ze <\/span><span title=\"appreciate real, good food and real, good flavours. \">echt eten en echte smaken <span title=\"Most of them will contain lots of added sugar, preserving chemicals and way too much salt, so all in all not the healthiest choice to make, especially if you have kids and you want to raise them in a healthy, responsible way, teaching them to\">te leren <\/span>waarderen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Seemingly, Dutch food producer Honig has a different opinion: they find their packaged preparations ideal for young and old and have asked a typical Dutch family to eat only their ready-made food for one year.\">Ogenschijnlijk heeft voedselproducent Honig een andere mening hierover: ze vinden hun verpakte bereidingen ideaal voor jong en oud en hebben een typisch Nederlands gezin met jonge kinderen gevraagd om een jaar lang hun kant-en-klare maaltijden te eten. <\/span><span title=\"ONE YEAR!!! \">EEN JAAR LANG!!!<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Think of the horror: one entire year of powdered preparations added to some fresh veggies, meat and other ingredients, and then several times a day. \">Denk aan de gruwel: een heel jaar fabrieksbereidingen &#8211; poedertjes en zo &#8211; toevoegen aan groenten, vlees en andere ingredi\u00ebnten. Vanuit mijn eigen foodie-perspectief (en gezond verstand) klinkt dit best vies en ongezond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Dutch food journalist Karin Luiten, very well-known in The Netherlands for being the leader of the &quot;anti pakjes en zakjes&quot; movement (against ready-made food in boxes and bags) has therefore asked the collaboration of her food blogging colleagues and other foodies\">Culinair journalist <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kokenmetkarin.nl\/2018\/01\/15\/365-dagen-zonder-pakjes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Karin Luiten<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, leider van de &#8220;anti pakjes en zakjesbeweging&#8221;, heeft daarom de medewerking gevraagd van foodbloggers, <em>foodies<\/em> <\/span><span title=\"\/food journalists for a peaceful &quot;counter-offensive&quot;.\">en andere journalisten voor het organiseren van een vreedzaam &#8216;tegenoffensief&#8217;. <\/span><span title=\"Her goal: sharing easy recipes that can be made at home with little effort and money and absolutely no other components than good, honest ingredients.\">Haar doel: makkelijke recepten delen, die thuis met weinig moeite en geld kunnen worden bereid en vooral met enkel goede, eerlijke ingredi\u00ebnten. <\/span><span title=\"This way, avoiding ready-packed food can be easily done by everyone, foodie or not. \">Op deze manier kan iedereen &#8211; <em>foodie<\/em> of geen <em>foodie<\/em> &#8211; kant-en-klare maaltijden vermijden.<br \/>\n<span title=\"I couldn't agree more: after 17 years of teaching Italian cooking I can say without the shadow of a doubt that everybody can cook, also those who never did before.\">Na 17 jaar kookles te hebben gegeven <\/span><\/span><span title=\"I couldn't agree more: after 17 years of teaching Italian cooking I can say without the shadow of a doubt that everybody can cook, also those who never did before.\">weet ik het uit eigen ervaring en kan ik zonder enige twijfel beweren dat iedereen kan koken, ook mensen die het nooit eerder hebben gedaan. <\/span><span title=\"Give a person some good ingredients and recipes - and a little guidance, when possible - and they'll produce tasty, healthy dishes from scratch.\">Geef ze goede ingredi\u00ebnten, duidelijke recepten en eventueel een beetje begeleiding en ze zullen smakelijke, gezonde gerechten op tafel zetten. <\/span><span title=\"Moreover, they'll be proud of them, like those who come to my cooking workshops. \">Bovendien zullen ze daar blij van worden, zoals de vele mensen die naar <a href=\"http:\/\/cucinadelsole.nl\/nl\/individuele-workshop\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>mijn kookworkshops<\/strong><\/span><\/a> komen, en dat zal ze waarschijnlijk stimuleren om vaker zelf te koken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"So here's my contrbution to Karin's crusade: my home-made (and very healthy) chocolate spread!\">Dus hier is mijn bijdrage aan Karin d&#8217;r tegenoffensief: mijn zelfgemaakte &#8211; en zeer gezonde &#8211; chocopasta! <\/span><span title=\"And that on World Nutella Day! \">En dat op <strong>World Nutella Day<\/strong>! \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Nutella fans (I'm one of them, even if I eat that luscious chocolatey spread probably just once every 10 years) don't expect this to taste totally like your favourite chocolate spread because it doesn't.\">Nutella-fans, verwacht niet dat dit helemaal als je favoriete zoete spread smaakt. <\/span><span title=\"It's very nice and pleasantly tasting, though, and it contains no other sugars than those from rich, plump and moist Medjoul dates. \">Het eindresultaat is wel erg lekker en het bevat geen andere suikers dan die uit heerlijk dikke en zachte Medjoul-dadels.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Worth trying, that's for sure! \">Dit is zeker het proberen waard! <\/span><span title=\"In the picture I spread it on sweet potato toast and it made a great, healthy breakfast. \">Ik eet deze pasta het liefst op zoete aardappel toast &#8211; zie foto &#8211; voor een super lekker, gezond en helemaal plantaardig ontbijtje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"If you don't like hazelnuts use almonds or cashews instead.\">Als je niet van hazelnoten houdt, gebruik dan <strong>amandelen<\/strong> of <strong>cashewnoten<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"I like mine a bit chunky.\">Ik vind deze pasta bijzonder smakelijk als die een beetje grof gemalen is. <\/span><span title=\"However you decide to prepare it - very smooth or a bit coarse like the one in the picture - I'm sure you won't be disappointed: it's naturally sweet, healthy, vegan, nourishing and very, very satisfying.\">Hoe je het ook voorbereidt &#8211; fluweelzacht of een beetje korrelig zoals op de foto &#8211; je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn: het eindresultaat is lekker zoet, gezond en voedzaam. <\/span><span title=\":) \">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span title=\"Healthy home-made chocolate spread \"><br \/>\nZelfgemaakte chocopasta (raw vegan)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Ingredients for a jar of about 200-250 grams: \">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor een potje van ongeveer 200-250 gram:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"10-12 Medjoul dates \">10-12 Medjoul-dadels<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"1 big handful - about 50 gr.\">1 grote handvol &#8211; ongeveer 50 gr. <\/span><span title=\"- of hazelnuts, (roasted or raw) \">&#8211; hazelnoten (rauw, eventueel licht geroosterd)<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"2 spoons of sunflower seeds \">2 eetlepels rauwe zonnebloempitten<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"2-3 spoons of coconut oil, not melted \">2-3 eetlepels kokosolie, niet gesmolten<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"2 slightly heaped spoons of (raw) cocoa powder \">2 licht niet afgestreken eetlepels (rauw) cacaopoeder, ongezoet<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"2 or more spoons of rice or almond milk \">2 of meer eetlepels rijst- of amandelmelk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Start mixing together the hazelnuts and the sunflower seeds (use a good mixer or blender). \">Begin met het malen van de hazelnoten en de zonnebloempitten (gebruik hiervoor een goede mixer of blender).<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Add the coconut oil starting with 2 spoons (add more if you wish to make the spread richer and smoother), the cocoa powder, the pitted dates and a little rice or almond milk. \">Voeg de kokosolie toe en mix verder. Begin met 2 lepels kokosolie en voeg iets meer toe als je de spread voller en gladder wilt maken.
